- MRs+ (Corporate+) may answer all available questions when a player says “PTS”
- If you are on PC, please use Basic Admin Essentials’s command bar by pressing apostrophe so ROBLOX chat does not cut off your messages.
Before beginning you should:
-
Designate someone to open the doors when staff and trainees line up. To give someone a Staff Card, do :give (player) Staff.
-
Find a co-host if you haven’t already. You must have a co-host, incase you leave, accidentally disconnect, or any other issues happen.

Make sure you are hosting in the listed session times. (See useful-links on Discord)
-
If an SHR has enforced a shoutlock, you must include the shoutlock in your shout.
-

-
Do not give MRs moderator.

m Hello everyone! Welcome to the (time) training! I am (host), your host for this training, and this is my lovely co-host (co-host ).
m I may now remind you all that PTS (Permission To Speak) is now activated. If you speak, without being granted permission to speak, you will be warned.
m Before we start, my co-host and I are going to do a safe-chat check! Please note that this will NOT affect your training, this is so it makes it easier for us to know who has safe-chat and who does not have safe-chat!
m Please now say C7RN, once. If myself or the co-host come up to you and ask you, and you cannot see the text please say “Tags.”
m Say C7RN, once.
m Alright, you may stop. Now we will be starting the grammar test.
m Reminder: Always be sure to use grammar at our facility, and that includes punctuation.
m Please now correct the following sentence: “cn i hev a jub pls”.
m Congratulations to the people who passed the grammar test! My Co-Host will now go over the rules.
Co-Host Announcements
(After you are done with the host announcements above, the co-host will state the rules then you will take over again. These also may take a bit of editing, and should be done in the command bar.)

m Hello, I am your co-host (co-host) and now I will be going over the rules! Listed below are the basic rules for all staff and resort guests. Failure to abide by these rules will result in a permanent ban from our facilities.
m Reminder: Warnings are NOT given.
m We ask that all staff and resort guests refrain from profanity, bullying, harassment, trolling and exploiting.
m We expect you all to be respectful to each other at all times. And, do not invade another person’s privacy.
m Staff Rules:
m All staff are expected to behave in a sophisticated manner. For example, if a customer begins to threaten you, or a troll harasses you personally, do not get upset. Contact an HR and explain the situation.
m Low ranking staff must have the uniform on at all times. Please also use grammar, this goes for all staff members. (Speak proper English.)
m Come to a facility of ours for at least 15 minutes a day, failure to do so may result in a demotion.
m If you witness an Incident of bullying or admin abuse by any member of staff. Please take screenshots and send proof to a Higher Rank, Super High Rank or the Co-Owner.
m Please report any bugs to a Developer, High Rank, Super High Rank or the Co-Owner.
m That concludes the rules.

Passers and Failers
When a trainee fails:
- Make sure they know why they failed so they can improve next training
- Give them all of the next session times so they know when to come back.
- Check chatlogs and make sure the trainer appropriately gave them strikes and failed them.
When a trainee passes:
- Congratulate the trainee
- Tell them to work hard so an HR notices them and they can get promoted
- Have the trainer, co-host, or yourself rank them (it is preferred to be the co-host and host).
