Make sure to be careful when using strobe lights, I’d add a warning or something before it starts

I need something similar to this for my game, so ill be working on something like this, but 2 questions;

What lightning tools did you use for this; or did you just make it neon or something?

and Is the stage elevator powered by the TweenService?
