Support form chatbot shutting me down no matter what

Hello, I’ve been having issues receiving my Developer Portal invite link through a multitude of DevEx requests. At first I assumed it was my tax forums not being applied, so I did that. However now it is saying I missed the Portal account creation timeframe when I did not receive an email in any part of my email.

However, this post is not about the portal invite link, it is more so about the ai chatbot the support ticket leads you to now. No matter what I say or elaborate on, it automatically closes the ticket and tells me WHAT I ALREADY KNOW (that I “missed” the portal invite) when I never even received it. Is there any way I can come into contact with the DevEx support team without this AI chatbot turning me down no matter what I say? It would be great if anyone could help me get around it.

if you make a ticket through here
Roblox Support
it’ll by default have to talk to the AI chatbot, you have to ask it to escalate the issue to human support, that usually gets you to get your issue forwarded to a human on roblox support.

is it after you submit the ticket? for some reason it has never appeared for me… what option do you choose?

does it not work if its a moderation appeal?

I don’t know, I’m sorry. It should just happen after you send the appeal.

yea its new, pretty much what you start with before it escalates to real support. Unfortunately in my situation it is sort of hardcoded to scream at me that my request has been denied.
