Support Form for DevEx Issues: Only One Subcategory Option Visible on macOS/Safari

When using the Support Form and selecting Developer Exchange (“DevEx”) as the Type of help category, the subcategory dropdown only shows one available option when accessed through Safari on macOS.

This issue makes it impossible to select other relevant subcategories for Developer Exchange inquiries.

Here is what I see:

Expected behavior

I have not tried to replicate this on other OS or browsers but it appears to load fine for this user on X.

Here is what I should see and be able to choose from:

Same issue here on PC. Windows.

I swear this bug, or a very similar one, was reported before within the past month or two, because I distinctly remember replying to it after finding I could replicate it. I can’t find that original thread now though.

And yes, I can still replicate it. Only one option on Chrome for Windows.

It’s not even like the other options are hidden/unable to be seen either, it’s literally not giving you any other options whatsoever.

I’ll add this from testing:

It seems that the one option showing is meant to occur when the user is not logged in (when I tried in an incognito window, i got only 1 option. When I tried with my logged in window, I got all options. (TESTED ON A WINDOWS PC)).

Testing on my iPhone (Safari on iOS, rather than macOS), I still have access to all options when logged in.

Tried to see if the Roblox app on Android would work, it too also shows only one option.

Tested on my Windows PC. Getting the same result logged in and logged out as I did on my MacOS.
