Support workflow unable to escalate time-sensitive account compromise rollback request

My Roblox account was compromised approximately 21 days ago. During the compromise, an unauthorized user transferred my experience to another group and approximately 916,000 Robux were stolen from my account.

I recovered and secured my account shortly afterward and contacted Roblox Support multiple times, but my requests have not been escalated to a team capable of reviewing the unauthorized transactions.

My primary concern is recovering the 916,000 Robux, as I’ve been informed that account rollback requests are time-sensitive.
The experience ownership and pending Community Payouts (approximately 700,000 Robux) are secondary concerns, but those were also affected by the compromise.

I’m posting here because I have been unable to find a way to have this case manually reviewed before any potential recovery window expires. I contacted Roblox Support twice regarding this incident and provided the requested evidence. Despite this, my requests were ultimately denied, and I have been unable to obtain a manual review of the unauthorized transactions.

Expected behavior

I expected Roblox Support to manually review the unauthorized transactions and determine whether the approximately 916,000 Robux could be restored through the account rollback process.

glad to see that beautiful Fixed tag on this thread. you successfully bypassed the zendesk firewall and saved your assets.

for any other developers reading this who ever find themselves compromised: pay attention to what OP did here. this is exactly how you have to play the system. standard roblox support (level 1) is heavily automated and effectively useless for complex asset recovery. they will stall you with automated rejections until your strict 30-day rollback window expires.

framing a critical support failure as a “workflow bug” in this specific subforum is currently the only reliable backdoor to get actual human eyes (DevRel) on a time-sensitive hijacking.

massive congrats on getting your 900k+ robux and your experience back before the clock ran out. triple-check your 2FA, revoke all active sessions, and never rely on the standard support web portal for anything this critical ever again.

I never got my robux back, i only got the game back.
