Clicks are not recognised by buttons within surface GUIs if the player is in first person. This is very annoying as you have to zoom out to use any of the surface GUIs which can be problematic for some first-person games. On top of this, you should be able to click on the buttons through your character as you can with click detectors so that hat meshes or body parts don’t get in the way.
This bug happens 100% of the time when in first person and this occurs on the normal roblox version.
To replicate this bug simply insert a surface GUI with a text button in it and then try to click the button when in first person.
I believe I fixed that a month ago. I’ll double-check. Edit And of course there it is, in a separate changeset that had never made it into trunk.
You guys use SVN for managing versions? Just guessing by the wording your choosing.
