I’m having a very ANNOYING issue with SurfaceAppearance textures. I’m trying to apply a colormap to a can model to give it some new roughness/metallic maps, but the textures get compressed even further when I apply the mesh texture to the SurfaceAppearance texture.
I have no idea how to avoid this compression from happening, because it’s ruining many of the little details I drew on this texture, and because ROBLOX WON’T ADD ADVANCED OPTIONS FOR TEXTURE QUALITY, I’m pretty much screwed and can’t import this at any higher resolution. Is there any way to fix/bypass the compression on the Surfaceappearance, and if not can someone suggest to fix it (since I can’t access any other categories) or suggest Roblox to add texture quality modifiers since I and many other developers can’t keep the tiny details in our textures (without having to export every little thing as a separate model)
