Established on October 15th, 2015, Survival is an original group built on the concept to bring out the survival of the fittest on Roblox. For 10 years, our dedicated staff team has worked tirelessly to maintain a competitive, yet safe and enjoyable environment for all players to experience. This handbook will provide the information you need to navigate the group and clear any confusion along the way. As the name suggests, Survival is a sword-fighting game where players battle to prove their strength. The final 10 contestants will face off in a deathmatch to determine who will emerge as the ultimate survivor.

Middle Ranks
Moderator
Moderator is the lowest rank in the Moderation Department and is typically obtained through application or hand-selection. Moderators have the responsibility to ensure the community is maintained in a safe and secure environment. By enforcing regulations, behaviour is consistently regulated at Survival.
Senior Moderator
Senior Moderator is the second-highest rank in the Moderation Department and is typically obtained through promotion for excelling in a previous role. Though having the same exact responsibility as a Moderator, they are granted extra abilities in their department and assist Moderators whenever needed.
Host in Training
Host in Training is the lowest rank in the Hosting Department and is typically obtained through application. Host In Training only has the responsibility of hosting Survival seasons.
Host
Host is the second lowest rank in the Hosting Department and is typically obtained through promotion for excelling in a previous role. Hosts are only responsible for hosting Survival seasons & receive the privilege of hosting custom gamemodes.
Senior Host
Senior Host is the second highest rank in the Hosting Department and is typically obtained through promotion for excelling in a previous role. Senior Hosts are responsible for hosting Survival seasons. Additionally, they are responsible for mentoring and supervising in order for the Host Department to be advanced.
Designer
Ranging from clothing to graphic design, Designers are responsible for creating the visual identity of the group. Whether it’s apparel, promotional graphics, or other visual assets, they ensure everything aligns with the group’s aesthetic and branding.
Developer
Developers are responsible for all aspects of game development, primarily focusing on building and scripting. Whether working on new projects or resolving in-game issues, they handle the technical side of ensuring the game runs smoothly and continues to evolve.
High Ranks
Supervisor
This rank is the first within the High Rank threshold. Members in this rank are responsible for supervising all community-related aspects to Survival, ensuring that systems are going
Leadership Team
Administrator
Administrator is the entry-level rank within the Leadership Department, typically earned through promotion for outstanding performance in a prior role. Administrators help oversee operations across multiple departments, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and the staff team functions smoothly.
Board of Directors
Focusing on a specific area in Survival’s internal systems, the Board of Directors ensure that Survival’s operations are consistent and efficient with each other.
Executive
Executive is the second-highest rank in the Leadership Department, obtained either through promotion or by being hand-picked for exceptional leadership. Executives share similar responsibilities with Administrators but also oversee their performance while managing broader responsibilities within their designated area of management.
Co Owner → Owner
Co-Owners & Owners are final tier of the Leadership Team, and the highest ranks in the entire group. Ultimately, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of Survival, ensuring that everything operates efficiently.
Hiring Information
Interested in working at Survival? Host applications open monthly, with a limited number of applicants selected each batch. Before applying, please ensure you are a member of our communications server, as all applications are conducted exclusively there.
Promotion Information
Wanting your establishment to be promoted across other platforms? Survival’s promotion system allows groups to reach other audiences. If this is the case for your group, please direct message a member of our Leadership Team. Our only price for promotion, with an @everyone ping is 10,000 R$.
Alliance Information
We continuously look forward to partner with other groups. To ensure that both groups are receiving mutual benefit, we require all interested establishments to meet the following requirements before sending in an application:
- Your group must have 2,500 Roblox members.
- Your group must have 1,000 non-botted Discord members.
- Your group not be a fan-club or military.
- Your group must be consistently active.
- Your group must be able to have 2-3 representatives.
- Your group must announce our events upon request.
- Your team must have good, consistent communication skills.
If your group does not meet our requirements on point, then you can request an exception by messaging a member from our Relations team, attaching both your Roblox group and Discord server.

Department Overview
This section offers insight into the various departments that make up Survival. Each department plays a vital role in ensuring the group runs smoothly and upholds its standards. Here, you’ll find clear descriptions of their functions, responsibilities, and how they contribute to the overall group.
Leadership Team
The Leadership team has the highest degree of responsibility. This department oversees the group’s operations internally & externally. They also coordinate & collaborate on development decisions.
High Rank
The HR Team is in charge of internally overseeing Survival’s operations, particularly the community and staff. They play a vital role in ensuring that systems within the group are consistent and just.
Host Department
The Host Department has the responsibility of delivering fun & enjoyable Survival seasons to the community. This department serves as the core for our group’s operation.
