Suspended for a Thumbnail

Hey everyone! I uploaded this thumbnail for my game:

I then got banned for

I think I know why it could be moderated, but I was not even thinking about that when I uploaded it, and I did not mean anything hurtful. I did not think I should be suspended for this. What really sucks about this is I was openning up creator hub to start running ads for the first time I am going to send an appeal, but I am not sure it will help.
