System Association Bug: False Enforcement Ban via Historical HWID/IP Association Loophole

I am writing to report a severe, persistent logic error within the automated Enforcement/Ban Evasion detection system. The system is permanently trapping independent, long-standing accounts in an un-appealable loop due to historical hardware/network associations left by guest users.

Case Overview:
• My Account: iii_Creta (Independent account history, unique registration data, and distinct payment profiles).
• Associated Account: fgdqbdh3f (Belongs to a relative who briefly utilized my hardware for less than 24 hours in 2024).
• The System Action: On August 16, 2025, my account iii_Creta was permanently moderated for “Account Evasion / Enforcement Action” due to a backend link to fgdqbdh3f.

Why This Is a Core Platform Bug:

  1. Flawed Association Logic: The enforcement engine treats a single historical Hardware ID (HWID) or IP footprint from a temporary guest login as definitive proof of single-person multi-account ownership. It fails to cross-reference distinct account creation dates, independent geographical histories, and unique verified email profiles.
  2. The 30-Day Support Deadlock: Because the system falsely links the accounts, standard Customer Support agents (including Agents Austin, Rogue, Frank, and Tim) are structurally forced to auto-reject my independent appeals under the “30-day appeal window” policy. They cannot access or audit the distinct database records to see that I am an entirely separate user from the penalized party.
  3. Procedural Dead End: Because I do not own fgdqbdh3f, I cannot appeal its underlying baseline moderation. Therefore, the system has effectively “hostaged” my separate, legitimate account with no human-in-the-loop mechanism to verify my independent identity.

Evidence & Technical Audit Request:
I request a manual engineering audit of the login histories, creation dates, and network data for both iii_Creta and fgdqbdh3f. The data will conclusively prove they belong to two completely separate individuals.

Please review this logic bug to unlink my independent profile data from the restricted hardware footprint. (Yes i have tried roblox support/appeal but they kept on saying its past the 30 day window when i tried appealing as soon as i got banned)

Update: I have documented the complete data separation history for iii_Creta and fgdqbdh3f. The accounts utilize completely separate creation years, separate payment transaction trails, and unique verified email domains. Because the frontline ticketing engine systematically filters requests based on the 30-day archival threshold, I am relying on this thread for a platform engineer to manually look at the data mismatch and unlink the hardware footprint. Ready to provide ticket history logs if requested by staff.

During mid 2025 when my account got moderated for being connected to fgdqbdh3f it said i was avoiding a ban, Yes this was first case of enforcement ban

the flaw here is that it claimed i was moderated on 2024 (this screenshot is from august of 2025)
and when i contacted appeals many times and even support they said i was past the appeal window (fyi i had contacted them as soon as i found out about this ban) as of now i am waiting for a moderator to help me as i am not from EU so i don’t get the 6 month luxury appeal window nor am i from the united states to file a BBB claim. I have tried fedarb ‘midr’ but was rejected cuz im not from the US of course. What can be done? i see a lot of people getting unbanned which gives me hope. Also during the time i was moderated support ignored me for the 30 days and after that just keeps on rejecting me. What can be the next step for this or is this over?
