Tablet players having much lower playtime after update

Currently my game is suffering from lower playtime on tablet users after a new update.

We updated our game on Sep 28 and ever since then tablet players have averaged half a minute to a minute lower playtime compared to phone users.

Could anyone who have a tablet test our game to see what is going on? I tested the UI many times and everything seems to be working for me. I do not own a tablet unfortunately.

i dont think its the update. the game is generic and has been copied 2763 trillion times and is boring and repetitive
