Tackling the approach of a VERY SIMPLE game

Hey.

right now, i’m tackling an approach of a remastered version of matt dusek’s “balance”. i’ve completed the main game, but am struggling with what else to add to it.

i mean, the point of the game is to not fall off. what can i REALLY add that isn’t stretching the gameplay too far from the origin of the idea?

What if the time you spent balancing could be used to buy gears and boosts that makes it easier to balance on the board and gain points, giving it a simulator aesthetic.
