Taicana is a recently established tropical hibachi restaurant. You may order your favourite hibachi cuisine dishes while chatting with others and making new friends at our restaurant! If you want to be a part of Taicana and have some fun, join today!

Policies & Rules
  1. Respect - Respect everyone. Participating in any sort of hate speech,
    discrimination, or harassment is completely forbidden.
  2. Disruption - Disturbing the environment or bothering others, also known as
    “trolling” is prohibited. This can include jumping on tables, and other
    things that you know you shouldn’t be doing to purposefully annoy
    others.
  3. Gamepasses - All gamepasses for the game work, and if a gamepass does not work
    at the time, an announcement will be made. After buying a gamepass,
    it may take a few hours for the pass to start working if the current
    server you are playing is old.
  4. Refunds - No refunds for any in-game purchases will be given out
  5. Song Policy - Customers and staff are allowed to request songs into out song system
    for a small fee. Playing inappropriate music or extremely loud music
    will get your song skipped with no refund. All songs are logged and
    having your song skipped for one of those reasons can get you banned
    from the game, or from requesting songs in the future.
  6. Cutting Lines - Cutting the line at the serving counter is not allowed.
  7. Advertising - Advertising in game or on the group page is strictly forbidden. Asking
    our members to join your group or game is considered advertising and
    therefore not allowed.
  8. Impersonating - Impersonating other players or staff members is not allowed.
  9. Exploiting - Cheating or exploiting of any kind is forbidden.
  10. Exceeding the limit - Mass ordering is not allowed. You are only allowed to order a
    maximum of eight (8) items at a time.
  11. Menu - We only serve things on our menu. Ordering things not on the menu is
    not allowed.
  12. Roblox ToS - You must abide by the Roblox Terms of Service.
Rank Information

Customer Ranks

  • Customer - Joined the group and unable to work. They must order from trained hibachi chefs.
  • Noted Customer - A known member of the Taicana community. Usually a former high rank, or known in the industry.
  • Business Partner - A representative of one of our alliances.
  • Trainee - Has completed the application at our application center, and now is required to attend a training session in order to start working.

Low Ranks

  • Junior Hibachi Chef - A new staff member that has just passed trainings. They’re now able to start serving customers.
  • Hibachi Chef - Experienced staff member who has a good understanding of our restaurant’s operations. You must obtain 50 points in order to achieve this rank.
  • Head Hibachi Chef - A Skilled staff member who has been working at the restaurant for some time. You must obtain 100 points to achieve this rank.
  • Senior Hibachi Chef - This is the highest low rank anyone can achieve. They’re professional at their job and has a great understanding of our operations. Once you’ve obtain this rank, you can be able to get recommended for Hibachi Assistant, or apply when applications come out. You must obtain 150 points to achieve this rank.

Middle Ranks

  • Management Intern (MAX: ∞) - Management Interns are new middle ranks who has joined the team. They’re being supervised by the employment department to ensure if they’re capable of being an official MR. They have either got recommended by an HR, or passed MR applications.
  • Hibachi Assistant (MAX: 50) - This is the first rank to have admin commands in Taicana’s facilities. Their job is to supervise the restaurant and assist at training sessions.
  • Kitchen Supervisor (MAX: 35) - Kitchen Supervisors are experienced MRs who have great knowledge of their tasks as an MR. They’re one step to hosting training sessions.
  • Assistant Manager (MAX: 25) - Assistant Managers are the first rank to be eligible to host training sessions. They have more complex tasks then supervisors.
  • General Manager (MAX: 20) - General Managers are MRs who has excellent knowledge of all of Taicana’s operations. They have the same responsibilities as Assistant Managers, but able to host shifts.

High Ranks

  • Executive Assistant (MAX: 12) - Executive Assistant is the first high rank. When you’ve been promoted to Executive Assistant, you’re able to choose a department to be a part of. The followings are: Employment and Public Relations. If they’ve choose Employment, their responsibilities are to manage staff member’s activity, recommendations, and promote MRs. If they’ve choose public relations, their responsibilities are to host events, manage alliances, and form new alliances.
  • Relations Director (MAX: 4) - Relations Directors are Executive Assistants who has done excellent with their tasks in the relations department.
  • Employment Director (MAX:4) - Employment Directors are Executive Assistants who has done excellent with their tasks in the employment department.
  • Executive Director (MAX: 2) - Executive Directors are the lead of their department. They’re in charge of making sure their department is running smoothly and every one has completed their tasks.

Leadership Ranks

  • Vice President - Vice Presidents are in charge of overseeing their respected department. They make sure all High Ranks are completing their tasks, and all of their department operations are leading to success.
  • President - Presidents are in charge of overseeing and managing the entire organisation. Their responsibilities are identical to those of Vice Presidents, except that instead of being assigned to oversee one department, they are in charge of both departments and the full staff team.
  • Co Owner - The Co Owner of in charge of Taicana’s development and discussing Taicana’s future with the other leadership members.
  • Owner - The Owner has the same tasks, but in charge of making sure all operations are running well.
Promotion Guide

In order to join Taicana’s MR team, you must be Senior Hibachi Chef, unless you’re applying through applications. In order to get the Senior Hibachi Chef rank, you must obtain 150 points at the restaurant. Additionally, you must meet are requirements listed below:

  • Safechat disabled
  • Must use grammar when working
  • Account must be over 30 days old
  • Active in Taicana’s facilities
  • Must be in the Discord Server

If you meet our requirements, you’re legible of being recommended.

At the restaurant, you’re encouraged to be working for at least 30 minutes per day. This includes working, or adventuring as we’re not a very big group. Even if there are no MR+ in the server, we’re able to track down your activity.

We recommend joining the training center 5-10 minutes before the starting time. All of times below are in EST (Eastern Standard Time).

Alliance Information

Greetings! On behalf of the Relations Department, we are very thrilled that you have shown interest in applying to become an affiliate, and can’t wait to see what we both bring to each group.

This guide will officially show you updated information on our alliance requirements, along with the application process to become an affiliate. Please read this handbook carefully so you fully understand what is expected of your group.

Requirements
The Public Relations Team here at Taicana very excited to see you apply to be future affiliate here. Before applying, please note that we do have some requirements you may want to view, please check below!

  • You must have a ROBLOX group with 300 or more members (exceptions can be made)
  • You must have a Discord Server with at least 100 non-botted members (exceptions can be made)
  • You must have at least 2-3 people to represent your establishment
  • Your corporation should provide a welcoming community.
  • Your company should have a moderately active community.
  • Your company should have a good reputation and no bad history with Taicana.
  • Your company should not sell any administrative commands or permissions. This includes MR+ ranks.
  • Your company must announce Taicana’s events, applications, and other announcements.

Alliance Application*

  • What’s the name of your group?
  • Please link all your group’s socials.
  • How would you describe your corporation as a whole?
  • What is your vision for both groups?
  • How would your group benefit Taicana?
  • What makes your group stand out from others?
  • Please list 2-3 representatives from your group.

How to Appeal
Below is what you’ll need to add to your appeal. You can write it in a document, or just state it in our ticket system. Once you’ve completed creating your appeal, create a ticket in our discord server and send us the link to your appeal, or just paste your paragraphs in the ticket.

It will take up to 3-5 days for our relations team to review your appeal, so please be patient. If we don’t respond back to you within the time limit, then you’ve been declined. If you have been declined, please wait until 7 days to reappeal your ban.
