On 14/08/2025, I submitted a takedown request through Roblox’s system. The request is still marked as “Under Review” as of 03/09/2025 (over 3 weeks later). I have sent multiple follow-up emails but have not received any response or update. Normally, takedown requests should either be resolved or at least receive communication.
Expected behavior
The takedown request should either be processed in a reasonable timeframe or the user should receive clear communication on the status.
Mine is a little unusually since 2 agents are handling my ticket?? 1 was telling me like automated its under review. And then second one responded and also said its under review.
Bro I can fill a lawsuit regarding this if they ignore copyright takedown emails. They better respond otherwise I’m contacting an attorney or someone who can assist futhere more.
If you mean arbitration, then yes you can, but it’s a long process I’ve has considered but it’s not worth it. If you really care about it that much you can. Agreeing to the Roblox TOS waives your rights to file a class action or federal lawsuit, you can only go through arbitration.

wdym delay, I need it completed and taken down. Its been 3 weeks
Since roblox took to long to react here’s what they wrote:
" Thank you for your patience. We reviewed your claim and determined that the content you requested us to take down significantly differs from your content. We apologize, but we will not be able to process your request. However, if you need further assistance with a different matter, please don’t hesitate to let us know using our support form."
So they basically took to long to react, and the party changed group icons and now I cannot take group down. However 1 of the group is still impresonation but roblox won’t react or anything.
