Tax information says “Additional info needed” after filling it in correctly

I filled in my tax information after getting an email for it, but it says “additional info needed” so I pressed continue and it asked for the exact same info so I resubmitted and it still says that. I am a non-US citizen if that helps.

For me it just outright rejected my tax information even though every field has been double-checked and filled in correctly as asked (I’m also a non-U.S. citizen)

For me, even when I fill every bit in correctly, triple checking no mistakes, it auto rejects as soon as I submit it for whatever reason.

(UPDATE THIS GOT FIXED RANDOMLY AUTOMATICALLY AFTER A HOUR OR SO)

I had this same error as a UK citizen - ensure that you check that you are eligible for treaty benefits!

Initially I had selected that I was not eligible - which was not the case.

Update It eventually fixed itself

It did it for me but eventually fixed itself automatically just check back in a hour or so

It eventually showed correctly for me, it is being investigated right now so this will probably be fixed tomorrow.
