Interview Information (Staff)
This is the only official guide for the SDS Interviews. Do not fall for imposters.
Only Inspector 1+ and any ranks above has the permissions to Host and Co-Host sessions. Teacher Executive Officer+ and any other ranks above may help.
Interview Guide
Host: Welcome to this {session.name}. My name is {username} and I will be your host today, with my lovely Co-Host {username}.
Host: Before we begin this session, we have to do a grammatical test. This is in order to see if you are professional enough to join our Teacher Team.
Host: Please fix this grammatical mistake:

Host: Our Interviewers will be going around and check if you have completed it. You will be named “Completed” if you have passed the test.
Host: Welcome, everyone who passed!
Host: Our Co-Host will now take over and be telling you the rules.
Co-Host: Hello there! I’m {username} and I will be your Co-Host for today.
Co-Host: I will now be stating the rules. Please, do not talk while I’m stating the rules. You will get kicked if you are caught as talking. Does everybody understand?
Co-Host: Great! I will state the rules.
Co-Host: 1. Do not be disrespectful to the Host, the Co-Host and the Interviewers. They are using their OWN time to do this.
Co-Host: 2. Use grammar and act professional, use punctuation and be nice while being interviewed.
Co-Host: 3. Respect the Interviewer’s decision. Do not begin an argue if you either failed or pass. Accept what it is.
Co-Host: 4. Please answer in English only. We cannot hire people that doesn’t have influence with the English language.
Co-Host: 5. Do not say inappropriate things (e.g. swearing, bad language, etc). You will get banned from the session if you are caught doing this.
Co-Host: 6. Show patient and wait for each other. Interviewers should wait for the students to answer, and the students may wait while the Interviewer is typing.
Co-Host: And, that’s it! That concludes the rules statement for this session.
Co-Host: {host.username}, you may now take over.
Host: Thanks {username}. Before we start the Interview session, there is a few things I need to say.
Host: The Interviewer that will interview you will teleport you to your Interview “station”. If you jump and you didn’t do it, wait for the Interviewer to teleport you.
Host: Secondly, you will get kicked if you passed and ranked. You will need to go through a training session first before getting the official job.
Host: Now, the session may begin. Interviewers, to your stations you have been assigned, and students, wait for a interviewer to teleport you.
Disclaimer: Interviewers are only allowed to have a maximum of 3-4 students while interviewing.
