Team Create Accessories Bugged

In my Team Create place, we have a folder of humanoids with accessories on them. Whenever everyone logs off, when roblox studio is opened again all the accessories in the humanoids get bugged permanently.

Could you DM a minimal place file demonstrating the issue? (I’m guessing a baseplate with a couple avatars in ReplicatedStorage would be enough)
