I tried clicking “Retry” a few times, I reopened Studio entirely a few times, and restarted my PC once, I also tried opening it from the website. I can load other Studio places, both TC and non-TC. Someone else is currently working in the TC session. I’ve tried loading with and without that person in the session. The problem happened since yesterday afternoon but for a different place.
Edit: I also just disabled all beta features, restarted, and still failed.
I could download the place from the website so I can at least continue working, but this very annoying.
I can provide files to any staff that require them

I had some stability on Thursday/Friday last week but problems reoccurred yesterday and today.
I provided a crash log via the log dump link that Permanent_Fixture provided. I titled and linked the message back to this thread along with the log. If there’s anything else you need from me please ask
This is starting to affect my workload, specifically with collaborating with team members and terrain work that’s best done in the development place since it’s not easily brought over like other objects.
I am also having the same issue, seems like other team create studios work completely fine but this 1 game I’m working on refuses to open for myself or anyone on our team.
same issue here, been happening for about a few days now.
Happens whether or not I go from studio or website.
Cleared my cache and reset my internet with no success
EDIT : it seems like the connection issue is now effecting actual games?
I tried both my ethernet and my normal wifi, as well as a mobile hotspot with 0 avail / success.
For the game it says joining server and then goes to the connection error screen seen in this screenshot below :
getting the same issue, studio loads fine for every other team create place except this one. it just gives that error every time we try to join. happens for everyone on the team.
Been having this issue for the past week, unable to join most studio team creates and sometimes in normal game instances.
From what ive discovered, the issue seems to be from joining new instances.
When joining a team create that dosent have any other users in it, im unable to join since the session is new - but if other developers are already in the session I can usually join fine.
Same issue on normal roblox, new server instances dont work but I can join ones that have already been created. This is also why private servers do not work for me.
This also seems to be a regional problem. I am connecting from Canada, but when I use a VPN connected in America, the problem is instantly gone, and I have no issues connecting to anything.
Without a VPN I am unable to access most of my projects, and have problems joining games.
I’m having the exact same issues and I’m also in Canada. I’ve had so much trouble with this issue in Studio for the past week that I’ve had to resort to just re-downloading my place file every time I need to work and then re-publishing it to the site when I’m done which is just suuuper tedious and locks me out of my DataStores.
I’m also having the Roblox Player issue. Sometimes no matter how many times I join a game, I get this Error Code 279 screen. It also happens when games Teleport me to different server instances.
I’m also in Canada so maybe it’s a more local issue.
However in troubleshooting I tried joining a TeamCreate with and without another person in the Studio session and couldn’t join either times. I’ll note that the person is located in the UK in case that’s relevant. It still may be related in some way, but I did want to point out that I tried this
