Hi, I am Febreeze. I have been building Technified, a platform that connects a Discord server to a Roblox group and game and handles verification, moderation, applications and staff management from a single dashboard. it is currently used by 100 Servers.
Most communities end up running one bot for verification, another for moderation, a Google Form for applications, DMs for appeals and a spreadsheet for staff. Technified does all of it in one place, and it is free to use.
Here is what is in it.
Staff Management
Each staff member has a profile with their role, level, session count, moderation actions, active strikes and total time. You can issue a strike, approve a leave of absence or leave a note from the same page, and everything is attributed to whoever did it.
Activity
Sessions are recorded from your Roblox games, so you get weekly hours, presence and a leaderboard per staff member. Approved leave shows up on the timeline instead of looking like inactivity.
Applications and Appeals
Forms are built in the dashboard with multiple pages and question types including short text, long text, dropdowns and checkboxes. Submissions arrive in a queue with a status and internal review notes. Appeals use the same builder and stay attached to the punishment being appealed, so the reviewer sees the ban, the reason, who issued it and the member’s history together.
Bindings
Discord roles are bound to Roblox group ranks, and a binding can cover a rank range in any group, not just your own. That is how most servers flag members of a blacklisted group automatically. Each binding has a priority so you control the order they apply in.
Group Manager
Members, roles and join requests for your Roblox group are handled in the dashboard. Promote, demote, accept or remove people, select several at once, and the rank ceiling respects your own rank so nobody can promote above themselves.
Server Manager
Servers, players, online and stale counts sit above the list, and every command sent from here is written to the audit log with the staff member who sent it.
Audit Logs
Every action taken through the dashboard is logged with an actor, a target and a timestamp. Cross platform bans, mutes and warns apply on Discord and Roblox together and land here as well.
