Hotel Guidelines

Here are some common-sense rules that’ll help you steer clear of trouble. Please take these rules seriously and take them to heart. Don’t try to look for loopholes or try to lawyer your way around the guidelines - just understand them and try to respect the spirit in which they were written.

  • Be kind and respectful to others.

  • Do not distrupt the gameplay experience.

  • Racism, Sexism, Homophobia, and other hateful comments are absolutely unacceptable and will result in penalty without warning or remorse.

  • Avoid spamming in the chat. This includes sending messages which are excessively long.

  • Temasek is not a platform for you to advertise your own game or group. Do not use it as such unless the player has consented to your invitation and it was discussed in an enclosed area.

  • Abide by the Roblox’s Community Rules.

  • Our organisation does not accept the usage of third-party software to abuse the system. This includes any sort of exploitation, in which will result in an immediate blacklisting.

Staff Guidelines

  • You are at all times wear your uniform while on-duty.

  • Use grammar and proper punctuations at all times.

  • You are not allowed to harass guests, in the case that one does, please inform the Services Relations Department.

  • Do not hint for a promotion, this will result in lesser chance for you to be promoted.

  • Nobody below the rank of Assistant General Manager shall enter restricted zones without authorisation from a Corporate Personnel.

Rank Information

GUESTS RANKS

  • Hotel Guest | Hotel Guests have no permissions or responsibilities.

  • Honoured Guest | This rank is earned for anyone that has formerly worked for Temasek by the rank of Corporate Officer or above.

STAFF RANKS

  • Distinguished Guest | This rank is claimable for users that has purchased the Presidential Suite & Family Suite Gamepass.

  • :no_entry: SUSPENDED :no_entry: | As the name suggests, it’s basically any staffs on temporary suspension.

  • [0] OJT | OJT, also known as On Job Training are Hotel Trainees awaiting for a Training.

  • [1] Temasekian | This is a rank earned after passing a Training from OJT.

  • [2] Senior Temasekian | This is a rank earned after 1 week of working in Temasek.

  • [3] Shift Leader | Shift Leaders are responsible for shifts appointed by a Manager in game. For instance, it’s dinner time, and a Manager will appoint a Shift Leader to lead the shift.

  • [4] Supervisor | Supervisors are to ensure [1] and [2] are performing duties as given out by a Manager and enforcing guidelines as trained from their training.

  • [5] Senior Supervisor | This rank is earned after being a Supervisor for 1-2 weeks.

  • [6] Manager | This rank is responsible in ensuring all shifts are running smoothly, they gather Shift Leaders and run operations.

  • [7] Senior Manager | This rank is earned after being a Manager for 1-3 weeks.

  • [8] Assistant General Manager | This rank is reserved for the General Manager’s hiree.

  • [9] Deputy General Manager | This rank is reserved for the General Manager’s hiree.

  • [10] General Manager | This rank is earned from Public Votings / Executive Hiring.

EXECUTIVE RANKS

  • [:robot:] Artificial Intelligence | This is an unobtainable rank unless, you’re a bot.

  • [11] Corporate Intern | This rank is earned via applications and a strict approval process.

  • [12] Corporate Officer | This rank is earned from an Intern that has been trained and has been given leadership in leading a department.

  • [13] Executive Secretary | This rank is reserved for the Vice President’s & President’s hiree.

  • [14] Vice President | This rank is earned from Public Votings / Executive Hiring.

  • [15] President | This rank is earned from Public Votings / Executive Hiring.

ORGANISATION RANKS

Organisation ranks are not obtainable in any form unless you’re a Legal Staff of the organisation.

  • [:construction_worker_man:] Developer | Developer for the Organisation.

  • [X] Organisation Coordinator | Executive Director, in charge of everything.

  • [X] Organisation Executive | Project Executives assigned by Organisation.
