WELCOME TO THE TERANTO VERSION 1 PUBLIC HANDBOOK
Greetings, and welcome to Teranto’s Official Version 1 Handbook. This contains important information that you will need to know when you are playing Teranto as a customer of staff member. Our Leadership and Ownership Team will always update this handbook whenever we need to. In this handbook we have tried to add as much information as we can.

Customer Rules
When in the café as one of our Customers you are required to keep in mind some rules to keep Teranto a happy place for everyone. Please read below for some rules:
- Don’t troll or exploit.
- Do not spam in the chat in any way.
- Follow all the ROBLOX guidelines.
- You may use capitals, however, do not spam them or use them in disrespectful ways.
Rank Limitations
Customer
Someone who has joined our group and come into the café to get beverages/drinks and sit down and enjoy a lovely time down at the café.
Trainee
A Trainee is someone who has joined the group, applied at our application centre, and now needs to attend a training session, they are also a customer.
Junior Barista
A Junior Barista is someone who has passed a training session and is now able to make and serve drinks and beverages at the Café.
Barista
A Barista is someone who has been to another training session and has passed, they can do the same thing as Junior Barista, they are just a higher rank.
Senior Barista
A Senior Barista is someone who has been to another training session and passed, they do the same thing except they have the possibility to be promoted to an MR by passing MR vacancies or being promoted by hard work, this is the last Low Rank at Teranto.
Staff Assistant
A staff assistant is someone who has passed MR vacancies or has been promoted from Senior Barista, they supervise the Café and make sure everything is running smoothly, they can also assist at Trainings.
Supervisor
A Supervisor is someone who has been promoted from Staff Assistant by hard work and activity, they do the same thing as Staff Assistant except they can now train people at training sessions.
Executive Assistant
An executive assistant is the first High Rank here at Teranto, they assist the Chief Executives and they can host trainings, they make sure that all MR ranks are doing what they are meant to be, they supervise at the café, they are also in charge of alliances/affiliates, and can host events and training sessions.
Chief Executive
A chief executive is someone who is the same as an Executive Assistant, they have all the same jobs, except they are the boss of them.
Developer
Developers are he people who help make the game, such as scripting, building etc.
Lead Developer
Someone who is in charge of the developers and make sure that everything is being done correctly in the development world.
Vice President
A Vice President is someone who is in charge of the High Ranks making sure everything is going well, they are also in charge of MR Vacancies.
President
The President is the same as Vice President except they are in charge of them.
Vice Chairman
The Vice Chairman is the 2nd Chairman position is held my RDIQN and syedirshadhussain and them only, the Vice Chairman is tasked to ensure that the daily operations of Teranto are functioning as well as making sure the group is growing and still a fun place to be.
Chairman
The Chairman is the Founder/Owner of Teranto and is help by YTFUZE123 and him only, the task of the Chairman is to make sure that the group is perfect and functioning as it should be.
How to work here
In order to work at Teranto you need to firstly join our group, then you will need to apply at our application centre and wait until you are accepted if you are not accepted within sometime you may contact a High Rank.
Affiliate Information
To alliance with us, your group needs to be a Theatre/Café/Restaurant group, we do not alliance with any military or political groups, if you want to alliance with us you need to contact a High Rank+ on our Communications Server which you can find in the group, but you must make sure you meet these requirements before you do so:
- Your group must have at least 100 non-botted members.
- Your group needs to have a good background to it.
- You must be willing to announce any events that Teranto host.
Assuming you meet the requirements above, don’t hesitate to alliance with us.
