Hello.
My main account was recently terminated for “buying, selling, or trading Robux or virtual Roblox items outside of the Roblox website”, which I did not do.
I am trying to appeal this. However, Roblox is being extremely unhelpful. Pretty much the only way to get in contact with them is via the support form, but every time I do that they automatically reply with the exact same message saying that since this was flagged by their apparently perfect anti-cheat system, they can’t do anyting about the termination.
I have 30 days (20 now since this HAD to happen in my final exams week) to resolve this. Is there any other way to get Roblox to actually listen? Their lack of transparency is making me very mad.
If this was a simple ban, I would not care, but they are going to delete my account if I don’t do anything.
If you have had a similar experience, please let me know about it too. Perhaps it might help me find a solution to this.
