First off, the Terms and Conditions of MBC apply to all communications, members, and inside every single studio and building. You agree to these automatically upon joining the Group. You can revoke your compliance with these rules by leaving the Corporation. You can join the group here:

The rules below apply to ALL MBC services. In addition, each platform may have its own specific rules posted. Anything that breaks any rules may be removed and the author may receive consequences.
■▬▬ MBC High-Ranking Staff ▬▬■
Listen to MBC Staff and heed what they say. Warnings to stop a certain behavior, whether it’s in a ban message, DM, or in-game, are serious.
MBC Staff are exempt from the rules we have for our members. Staff can post offsite links and personal information, should they choose to, because their posts are reviewed by management for appropriateness.
They also reserve the right to punish without discretion anyone who does not comply with these rules. They are not obligated to preface any moderation with a warning or lesser punishment.
■▬▬ What Not to Do ▬▬■
1. Harassing, or being mean, to other members - We expect you to have a level of respect for one another. Treat others as you want to be treated.
2. Posting Inappropriate Content - Whether it’s hate speech, racism, violence, online dating etc, it will not be tolerated. Use of common sense is also expected.
3. Posting Flame Bait and Flames - You’re welcome to disagree with another member’s opinion, but attacking (flaming) and insulting another member for their beliefs is not acceptable. You should not talk about your political views or religious ideals on the group wall, or server.
4. Posting Personal Attacks - A personal attack is when you post about another member and talk about them in a negative way. This includes announcing that somebody scammed you, or that somebody is hacking, or cussing them out. Do not name names or call out other users.
5. Posting Offsite Links - An offsite link is any URL that goes to a site outside of Roblox, Discord, Twitter, YouTube, or the official MBC website. If you want to tell someone your profile on another website just PM or DM them with something along the lines of: “My user on is ”, and they can then find you that way.
6. Posting About Kicks Or Bans - Talking about your bans inside MBC is not allowed because it’s just a cry for attention. We do want to hear feedback about the moderation system – post it on the group wall, or in our server, in #suggestions.
7. Posting Spam - Spam means saying the same thing over and over or saying something incomprehensible. If you are going to take the time to post on the group wall or inside our Discord server, make sure that you actually have something relevant to say.
8. Leaking Assets - An asset leak is when a studio or game on Roblox is leaked through illegitimate means (exploiting). We ask that you do not mention asset leaks in any of our communications. Users who leak assets will be banned permanently regardless of the circumstances.
9. Reposting Deleted Content - An MBC staff member deleted your post or image for a reason. Reposting it will probably get it deleted again and increase the chances of you receiving consequences. What you should do instead is DM a member of staff and ask why your content was deleted so you can better understand why.
10. Contributing To Bad Topics - When you see a bad piece of content (in-game, group wall, server, or anywhere else), immediately report it to an MBC staff member. Posting in regards to the topic just bumps it, and associates your name with the bad content. Even if your intentions are OK, you can still get in trouble for contributing to a negative topic. Just don’t do it.
11. Raiding - Raiding is not allowed. It’s just plain uncivilized.
12. Being Rude - Rudeness is not welcome. Examples of what not to say, “Get out”, “dumb idea”, “no, just no”, “that looks awful”. Those are all rude and not at all helpful.
13. Advertising - It’s quite simple - advertisements are only allowed inside the server in the #advertisements channel, and nowhere else. Repeatedly posting advertisements elsewhere will result in moderation action. Advertisements via Direct (or Private) Messages are also not permitted.
14. Underage Membership - Members who we find to be below the age of thirteen (13) will be immediately removed for their own safety. Not only is this for your own protection, but we also want to reinforce regulations regarding the illegality of collecting data from users who are below the age of 13.

You are expected to abide by the spirit of these rules we’ve given you and try to be a good, active MBC member. We cannot list absolutely every single thing and we do not appreciate ‘Rules Lawyers’ who try to find loopholes to compensate bad behavior.
These rules should be followed alongside the Terms of Service of the respective platform you are using, violation of which may result in immediate removal.
