Terms of Service Violation

Hi I know this isn’t the correct category for this but I don’t know where else to ask it other than emailing Roblox. And since I’m assuming it will take an immense amount of time for them to get back to me, I wanted to create this post for more insight. When I was heading to bed, I saw that I got this email:

It prompts me to click on the link to see my violation. So I do and nothing shows up:

So my question is if this is a false moderation action taken against me? Or maybe a fake message? Either way I’m taking this very seriously as I’ve spent countless years learning how to develop on this platform so I don’t want to just have these “false” violations on my account. I don’t understand why they would send this email but have no violation on the actual website? Yes, I was playing Roblox at the time this email was sent but I do not recall doing anything that would’ve violated the TOS. It states at the top of the email “Creator” which I assume is a message targeted towards my developer side? But I’m not sure as they don’t give me ANY reason why this message was sent.

If anyone can tell me more info on this that would be greatly appreciated.

This shouldn’t go on Scripting Support. I don’t know where this could go, but I do know it shouldn’t be on scripting support.

Writing a message saying that this shouldn’t go here is rather pointless not because I’ve already said it but because you aren’t affirming another place I should go to for this kind of help.

You should research the topics before you post something. I will do some searching for you right now while I wait for one of my help questions to be answered.
Found it; since this is considered a bug by many, it should go here.

As this problem can be seen in many directions, I can see it correlates more to the “bug reports” category. Yes I have checked the different categories but I wasn’t completely sure this problem was an actual bug. This will do though, thanks!
