Professional Conduct
Employees must not :

- Harass other players.
- Exploit or use third-party software.
- Use inappropriate usernames or display names.
Promotions
Promotions are earned—not requested.
Employees are promoted based on:
- Professionalism
- Activity
- Customer service
- Teamwork
- Knowledge of procedures
- Positive attitude
Repeatedly asking for promotions may negatively impact promotion opportunities.
Training
Training sessions are designed to prepare employees for success.
During training:

Failure to follow instructions may result in removal from the session.
Shift Expectations
While working:
- Stay at your assigned station.

Staff Hierarchy
Employees should respect the chain of command.
Higher-ranking staff members are responsible for maintaining quality service and assisting lower ranks.
Discipline Policy
Depending on the severity of the violation, disciplinary actions may include:

- Removal from the server
- Demotion
- Suspension
- Permanent Ban
Serious offenses may result in immediate removal without prior warning.
Community Standards
Employees are expected to:

Reporting Issues
If you encounter:
