A “showcase” is something you want to show off. So yes, this would be a showcase.

Yes, that is a showcase. A showcase can be anything, even a brick. A showcase doesn’t even have to be realistic or max graphics, so yes that is a showcase.
Eh If you are trying to make it a showcase place then obviously its a showcase lol.
But add some “unique” things that will highlight your place as a showcase. This place looks kinda bland and not much going on.

A showcase is just a build you are showing to others, you have built something and you are displaying it for us. Its quite nice as well. Great job.
