You can use Blender to make complex things like trees.

Just for future noticed please search before posting just to make sure your question hasn’t been asked there are a few topics that are related to finding triangle plugins.
However if you’re looking for triangle plugins or something similar to that you could play around with this plugin while the plugin above could achieve those triangle looks this could produce something similar to that I’m sure it’s still available however I haven’t used it so it’s something that could taken if ever needed. I’ll try experimenting with it a bit and learning how to use the tools and placing nodes so you could get comfortable with it to be able to produce a decent terrain design your wishing to achieve.
