Text is switched in a remotevent to "Sending"

    I would like a script that can send text from a textbox (GUI) and through a remoteevent in Replicated Storage, and recieve it on the server side.
  2. What is the issue? Include screenshots / videos if possible!
    The issue here is, i send the text through and the text gets randomly switched to ‘Sending’ through the remoteevent.
  3. What solutions have you tried so far? Did you look for solutions on the Developer Hub?
    I have tried unsureing no variables are used, and i have looked at other posts on the forum but no one has had the same problem.

Im trying to make a chat system, and the text gets sent back to the client, however, that is not relevant as i see it is switched on the server side and on the return back to the clients. Any help would be great!




Server Script:

game.ReplicatedStorage.RemoteEvent.OnServerEvent:Connect(function(Caller, Text)
	print(Caller.Name.."'s Text is "..Text)

Hmmph… I have no clue, but somewhere, I’ve gone wrong… ill re-write the code i need from scratch tomorrow and see… it worked with you code… Ill review and see what i done wrong. Many thanks

Hello! I dug into the issue I made and realized that there was the Caller arg, so of course it was using the caller arg! Thank you for your help.
