Text UI imported from figma is pixelated and wierd

Hi!

I recently tried exporting from figma with the export as png button. The text has a wierd stroke, and it doesn’t look nearly as good as the one in Figma.

The one in roblox has a wierd stroke and pixelated look.
I’ve already tried exporting as a group the text

Even the Tuesday October 5th text looks horrible.

The behavior you’re observing is most likely the result of texture compression, which is an expected part of how Roblox handles imported images. Game engines apply compression to textures to optimize for performance, reduce memory usage, and ensure faster loading times across all devices. This process is typically “lossy,” meaning some image data is subtly altered to achieve smaller file sizes, which can sometimes manifest as a degree of pixelation or a slight loss of sharpness compared to the original source file.

Feel free to file a bug report about it, but I say you really should just use Roblox text objects. That, or if you export the text from Figma and send me that file, I can open it in Photoshop to try and fix it (likely won’t help).
