TextCapture localization tool fails to capture text in studio

Hi. The TextCapture tool in Studio doesn’t seem to work.
When turning off, instead of a GeneratedLocalizationTable beeing generated, I get the “TextScraper found no new text that wasn’t already in a table. No new table or new entries were generated.” message.

I even tried reinstalling Studio, but nothing seems to work.
Here is some footage:

It happens 100% of the time.
Apparently, this is not an isolated issue, as seen here:

You should be able to recreate it like this:

  1. Open any place in Studio, that contains something that can be captured. (Example provided below)
  2. Click the “Text Capture” Icon under the Plugins tab
  3. Start a play test session.
  4. Exit the session.
  5. Click the “Text Capture” icon again
  6. Look at the console

Example: Example.rbxlx (22.1 KB)

What should happen is, that a GeneratedLocalizationTable should get generated in the LocalizationService, as seen in the Documentation, or in this video.

I am running Roblox Studio 0.404.0.346082 (64-Bit) on a Windows 10 machine.
