[TextChatService] Channel tabs flash rightwards when chatbox is enabled

Hello,

When the in-game chatbox is shown (either by pressing / or by toggling it through the in-experience chat button at the top left), the channel tabs UI unexpectedly shifts or “flashes” rightwards for a brief moment before the effects disappear afterwards. This behavior occurs consistently every time the chatbox appears and only affects TextChatService.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Join any Roblox experience that uses TextChatService and have ChannelTabs enabled.

  2. Press / or otherwise open the chatbox through the in-experience chat button at the top left.

  3. Observe how the tabs shifts or “flashes” to the rightwards after enabling the chatbox.
