TextService Filtering returns empty message for valid text input

Had this occur with a groups various different experiences yesterday, basically around the time they said they where finally migrating places to TextChatService.

Update on Legacy Chat Deprecation and TextChatService Migration

We’ve started to automigrate experiences to TextChatService in batches. If you have custom chat features, we strongly recommend you manually update to TextChatService. You can do this before or after the migration. Please read through our migration guide for tips on how to implement key chat features. We will also soon be launching Studio tooltips that will notify you if your experience is now using TextChatService at runtime.
