Texture not appearing as wanted

Hello, i have made and rigged a cat model in blender, as well as given it a texture.
When i animate it in blender, specifically rotate its head, it looks like this:

All normal. However, once i import the model in roblox studio it looks like this:

Can someone explain to me why do the textures on the neck become grayish and how to fix it?

Seeing as this mesh in Blender is rounded, when shading, if it’s set to “Auto Smooth” it will leave behind shading artifacts like this when imported to Roblox.

I had a similar issue when importing a number of hand-made meshes and I had to scour the forums for a solution: when importing a rounded object, make sure that object doesnt have any edges marked “Sharp” in Blender where the parts are supposed to be rounded. For objects that aren’t rounded, shade them flat.

Let me know if this helps
