TextWrapped under a nested UIListLayout waits for only its own element size to be too small

When a text element inside a UIListLayout (Wraps = true) element is TextWrapped, wrapping doesn’t occur until the viewport forces the size of that element to be too small. The parent frame stays the same size until the text element gets smaller and must wrap.

Expected behavior

When moving the child Frame out from its parent Frame, wrapping works as expected.

The frame set to AutomaticSize XY with the TextWrapped TextLabels should not AutomaticSize past where TextWrapped would otherwise wrap if the frame were not present, or the UIListLayout with Wraps should wrap children that are not in view under these circumstances.

This can get even worse with different combinations of padding, so I assume that this is an issue with nested UIListLayouts and calculating size with TextWrapped in general.

(This example uses UI Styling, I can provide the repro if necessary)

In other cases, I can get behavior like this to occur even without TextWrapped just with nested UIListLayouts in Frames of AutomaticSize XY. This might be broader than I initially thought.
