How to Get a Job at Thai Franchise
Interested in joining the team? To become part of Thai Franchise, you’ll need to apply through our Application Center, where you’ll answer a series of questions to test your understanding of the role and responsibilities. Your application will be graded automatically, and you’ll receive either a passing or failing score.
If you pass: Congratulations! You’ll move forward to the next step in your journey with us.
If you don’t pass: No worries—you’re welcome to try again after a brief waiting period.
Once you’ve passed the application, you’re not quite ready to jump behind the counter yet! You’ll need to complete your training requirement, where you’ll learn everything you need to know to serve customers professionally. Once trained, you’ll be fully eligible to work behind the registers.
Once you passed you can not work behind the registers, you must complete your training requirement to be able to fully serve behind the counters.
How to get promoted
How to Get Promoted
Starting off as a Low Rank (LR) is just the beginning. To climb the ranks at Thai Franchise:
- Promotion to Senior Barista (SB): You must pass two training sessions. After becoming an SB, you will no longer be able to train, but you can observe and spectate training sessions, learning from others while supporting the team.
- Training Sessions: Each training session allows up to 4 Senior Baristas to spectate, ensuring a balanced learning environment for our new recruits.
How to get intern
How to Become an Intern
Looking to take your career to the next level? The Intern position is your final stage before becoming a Middle Rank (MR). To achieve this role, you’ll need to demonstrate consistent activity within the game. Interns are chosen based on both in-game performance and recommendations from higher-ranking staff members.
When Intern slots are available, we also open applications for qualified candidates to apply and potentially join the MR ranks. Show your dedication and teamwork to stand out!
How to get robux payouts

At Thai Franchise, we are proud to be one of the few café groups on Roblox to offer Robux payouts as a reward for your hard work and activity.
To become eligible for a payout:
- Submit a Google Form application via our communications server when slots are open.
- Eligibility is based on your activity and cooperation within the game.
Your payout amount will be determined by how active you are and how well you contribute to our community, ensuring that those who go the extra mile are rewarded.
