This happened to me a lot during the initial launch however I’m primarily writing this on behalf of my coworkers who still experience this every time they go on the page, making it impossible to view ongoing and register Integrations on the Ads Manager.
Whenever they go onto the Ad Integrations page in the Ads Manager they get the following error message:
This does not get resolved when refreshing or checking back later.
When inspecting the network traffic there’s a specific request that errors:
URL: https://apis.roblox.com/ads-management-api/v1/publisherEligibleUniverses
Status code: 504 (Gateway Timeout)
Response: {“errors”:[{“code”:0,“message”:“upstream request timeout”}]}
The only difference between my account and their accounts is that they have edit access to more eligible universes (dozens). Please see the private message for their user ids/names. Our current assumption is that it errors internally when checking through all of the universes they have access to (hundreds of non-eligible). This is currently affecting our workflow making us delay integrations until we can register them and/or get others to register the integrations for them.
