A month or two ago the age rating of my game was changed from all ages to 16+ suddenly. My game died completely and I’ve been refilling the age rating questionnaire a few times a week since I noticed what happened to no avail.

I am ID verified yeah. Retaking the age rating questionnaire doesn’t do anything either.
You have to get 500 highly engaged players on your game for it to auto update to all ages. And if it goes under 100, it goes back to 16+
I’ll assume this is correct and mark your reply as the solution. That is pretty crappy though, I might’ve qualified before but now the game is dead 
It’s the same case for many or most small and indie developers. We need to come together and fight this update back every step of the way.
