I’m not much of an animation expert, so I bought ready-made models. This is the weapon that the character holds in his hands. All files are in .fbx format. Here is an example.
arms@LMG.fbx (3,1 МБ)
When I open these files in Blender, everything works fine. But when I try to import them into Roblox the animation breaks down. the arms move, but the weapon remains stationary. Although the animated parts of the weapon are moving. I’m desperate right now. I’ve tried dozens of options, changed the export settings in Blender, but nothing helps. If there is a specialist in animation and its subsequent export from Blender to Roblox on the forum, please help.

The solution is to not use FBX animations; use the Blender Animations plugin instead. It’s free and works all the time.
I tried this plugin. Saved the animation to a file, then uploaded it to Roblox. After that, the hands just flew off somewhere, and the weapon remained motionless. Am I doing something wrong?
that means you did not setup it properly.
You should not move bones generated by plugin in edit mode.
I’m not moving anything. All I need is to transfer the animation from the file correctly (.fbx that I posted at the beginning) in Roblox. Please describe the sequence of actions that I have to perform in order to get the correct result. I will be very grateful to you for that.
