The Crown of Commitment is broken and does not appear in R15, it only works in R6. It is also missing its 2D thumbnail. This bug seems to be similar to what happened with the Inventor Hat.

Thank you for your report. We are happy to announce that this has been fixed. The crown should work on R15 and the thumbnail is now showing up correctly.
