The default head uses an older icon in the avatar editor

Basically, in the website avatar editor, when going to the classic faces category, theres a list of the heads you have in the full body potrait, all of them have a face, except the default head.

It also happens in the universal app,

Expected behavior

The default head should have a face in the icon.
