The explorer's expander arrows are buggy (on click + on hover)

This is me clicking the expander arrows as fast as I can on RibbonBar. Happens with SystemMenu too. Super annoying to check what’s in a folder and close it, or accidentally toggle an arrow and you want to toggle it back, when it has a weird cooldown that doesn’t accept clicks.

Can confirm. Happens on Windows 7 as well.

Yeah the cooldown time is a little weird. Wouldn’t call it buggy necessarily, but certainly unnecessary and not user-friendly.

This doesn’t happen to me on Mac, mostly because I double click stuff to open them usually.
