Recently, when I was using Roblox Studio, the frame rate would always drop even when in the editing mode, and it would also drop when entering the game. It would always lower the frame rate before returning to normal. This is very annoying. I updated the driver and re-downloaded the studio, but the problem still hasn’t been solved. Is there any good way to solve it? Below is the video I recorded

Can you please try disabling all plugins and see if the issue still occurs?
(Simplest way to temporarily disable all plugins can be found here).
If that doesn’t resolve it, can you please try a full reinstall of Roblox Studio (first try deleting all folders in %localappdata%/Roblox/Versions, then reinstall from the web page, and if it still doesn’t work, try deleting %localappdata%/Roblox. Note that this will delete any settings and things, so you may want to back up the important bits
