When redeeming a $100 robux gift card code that you got from buying a Samsung tablet it gives you the “Galaxy Treader Boots”. However both the left and the right shoe are hidden meaning that you cannot wear them.
Expected behavior
Unhide the boots so that they are wearable

Hello, a private message was associated with this made by brock for me due to the bug I occurred with this.
I was meant to receive the boots when redeeming my code however I was given the helmet which I already own from a previous code.
Please contact me privately for the code or any more proof I can give to get my item. A roblox suppot ticket was made along with this.
