Hello there! 
I’ve just released chapter 1 for my horror game called “The Inquisition”. The main point of this topic is to get some feedback for the chapter and the gameplay mechanics in this chapter.
This is the first chapter so there aren’t going to be as many gameplay mechanics as there will be in the upcoming chapters. (This also will most likely be the shortest chapter out of all the chapters I plan to add for the game).

plus some ambience sound? it feels empty

crouch can work,i havent played it fully as i dont have time for it today but make a vent chase

Crouching is coming in Chapter 2. I left a lot of stuff I had planned for upcoming chapters. As for the chase sequence, I was going to add one but I had some issues getting the creature to go across the second part of Chapter 1. I had to remove the creature and postpone it to Chapter 2. Anyways, thanks for the feedback!

I was going to add ambience but I decided to keep the first part quiet to make it more eerie. I’m willing to change that if it makes the game sound more interesting.
try jumpscares like poppy playtime, pipe blows out full of steam unexpected. it can be scary
I can definitely do that! 
I just need to work on the pathfinding AI a bit more!
