The Jade Catseye does not appear in the heads trading tab despite being made tradable minutes ago.

Do you have the user IDs of the affected users? I guess that would help the staff investigate, because your report is also quite lacking in information: How to post a Bug Report

Thanks for reporting the issue. We’re investigating the tradable item inventory and will provide an update when it’s resolved.

The inventory issue is resolved now and users should be able to find all tradable copies on the inventory page.
We’re aware of the other issue where this item is miscategorized as “Animations” and are working on a fix for that.

Thanks for the fix! Any ETA on when we will see endpoints that other Limiteds use, like https://inventory.roblox.com/v2/assets/, supported to allow for bundles as well? The API for viewing the owners of a limited asset is useful for many, and it limits what many can do with limited bundles being new and unsupported.
