Information
What is Kiasto?
Founded on August 1, 2024, by two developers with a shared vision: to create a modernized Roblox café experience that everyone could enjoy.
Through dedication and teamwork Kiasto is constantly being improved for what players want not what we want (as long as it’s appropriate of course).
Perks
Kiasto offers a wide range of different perks for those who support the group in many different ways! Below is a list of all the perks we offer for our Booster’s, Donator’s, and More!

Ranks
In this document you’ll find all the different ranks and their responsibilities throughout Kiasto, these ranks are up to date as of 1/03/2026 (DD-MM-YYYY).

| Supervisor | New Supervisors are normally tasked with shadowing more senior management members to get a better understanding for what they may be doing next, they have the same duties as a Employee Assistant | Promotion Only | 15 |
| Manager | Managers are one the more senior ranks within the Management Team and therefore are normally a part of the Management Mentorship program or have been assigned various other little jobs. | Promotion Only | 15 |

| Chief Administrative Officer | The Chief Administrative Officer is one of the highest and most helps out with making descisions regarding the corporation with the Board of Executives. | Board of Executives | The Board of Executives is the highest and most important person in the normal daily operations of Kiasto, the BOE oversees all the Executive Team members, handles the oversight of Moderation, Handling Important issues, Checking in on Department, Writing Monthly Reports for the Leadership Team and working closely with the Leadership Team to implement important changes. | Appointment Only | 3 |

| Vice President | The Vice President position is responsible for an assigned 80% of the group’s operations and there can only ever be 2 Vice Presidents at any given time. Vice Presidents oversee all departments, documents, executives, and any high-level concerns. | Appointment Only | 2 |
| President | The President is the second highest rank within Kiasto and is unobtainable due to the only person holding it is the Co-Founder, hvrtsfrii. The President oversees all the everyday operations and makes most of the important changes and reviews all of the operations. | Unobtainable | 1 |

Affiliation Program
We’re happy to hear you wish to affiliate with us! Before doing so please read on to get a general idea on what to do.
Requirements
- You must have a minimum of non-botted 100+ members.
- You must have a minimum of non-botted 30+ Discord server members.
- At least some form of activity.
- Shows good professionalism.
- A fully functioning group including a Communications Server, Rank Structure and Games.
- Must have a good standing with Kiasto and it’s current affiliated.
- Must not sell ranks that hold administrative privileges.
If you meet the requirements and wish to apply, join our Discord Server and open a Relations ticket and a Relations Department member will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
When in contact fill these questions out:
- What interested you to affiliate with us?
- How will you benefit Kiasto?
- Could you provide us with some links to your group and communications server?
- Please give us a name of a member of your representatives (1-2).
- Anything else you would like to tell us? (This is optional and will not affect your application)
While we aim to affiliate with all types of groups we do not affiliate with the following:
- Studios/Clubs
- Schools
- Gameshows
- Theme/Amusement Parks
- Military Groups
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I become Staff?
There are 2 ways to become a part of our Staff Team at Kiasto you could either:
- Application You may apply at our Application Centre, and once you apply you must attend a training.
- Barista+ Your second option is to buy any Barista gamepass, this essentially skips all trainings and puts you to the highest rank for Low Rank staff.
Are you hiring developers?
We’re always looking to bring some new talent into our Development Team in order to improve the overall experience for our lovely customers! If you’d like to become a Developer simply head over to our Communications Server > Support > Create a Management Ticket. Please ensure you have a portfolio ready with at least 3 pieces of work.
How do I get promoted?
In order to get promoted to Management or even a Lower Rank it is important that you maintain good activity in-game, follow all rules & regulations of Kiasto. Once you do all this our Managers and Executives will 100% notice you and put you forward for one of our weekly promotion rounds! We recommend you checking out the “Promotion Guide” under “For Baristas”
How do I report a Management member?
If you need to report one of our management members then please create a ticket under the Management Category and state that you’d like to report a member of our Management Team. Once you’ve stated this you’ll be transferred to the Staffing/Human Resources Department where you’ll be helped.

Moderation
Code of Conduct
Roblox ToS & Guidelines: Always adhere to Roblox’s Terms of Conditions and Guidelines, there are 0 exceptions nor excuses.
Behaviour: Harassment of any form, trolling, advertising, spamming, or causing disturbances is forbidden.
False Reports: Do not false report any staff or other customers in-game it wastes time and quite frankly, it’s a bit silly. Unless you have valid proof (don’t edit it though it’s extremely obvious).
Clothing Regulations: Only Management and Executives are permitted to wear their designated uniforms if a customer or a staff member are caught wearing them, they will be asked to changed.
All avatars must be appropriate for any of our games any inappropriate, offensive, bypassed, glitched, or disruptive avatars are not permitted.
All players are given 5 minutes to change into appropriate clothing.
Servicing: Baristas may refuse service at their discretion and will not be required to serve a customer. Non-compliance will result in penalties.
For baristas: While you are allowed to do this do not simply abuse it by refusing to serve people consistently, your chances of promotion will be affected and in some cases your rank.
Raids: Participating in raids on Kiasto’s games will lead to immediate removal.
Exploiting: Using exploits, glitches, or macros is strictly banned, resulting in a permanent ban without appeal.
Loopholes: Do not attempt to find loopholes to exploit the Code of Conduct this allows everyone to be treated fairly.
Moderation: Admins have the authority to moderate content deemed inappropriate or rule violating by their own discretion.
Appeals
If you disagree with or wish to appeal an action taken against you this will help you understand what you should do and when to do it.
Before appealing you must wait a minimum of 5 days of when your action was issued, we will not accept appeals before this deadline is met.
Appeal Information
When you recieve a punishment in Kiasto, you’re allowed to appeal with our team if you believe that it was false or believe that enough time and character development has taken place for your punishment to be revoked. We have a number of ways to appeal punishments based on the kind of punishment it may be and therefore it is important that you read about how to appeal your punishment properly otherwise you may not be allowed to appeal at all.
All our appeals follow the same principles and we expect user’s appealing to follow them in order for a successful appeal they are as followed:
- Remain respectful and fair with our Appeals Team.
- Do not waste our Appeals Team’s time.
- Respond to our team quickly when they attempt to help with your appeal.
- Provide relevant information this can include Screenshots, Videos, Witnesses and so on.
- Provide Punishment IDs where possible and/or Disciplinary Documents if issued one and appealing staff actions.
- Do not open tickets about the status of your appeal.
Punishment Types
- Discord Server: Appeal a ban for our Discord Server.
- Community: Appeal a ban from the whole community including the Server, Game, Services and more. Known also as a Global Ban or Community Blacklist.
- Group: Appeal a group ban.
- Staff Disciplinary: Any actions issued to a Staff Member, i.e. Termination of Employment, Written Warning, Suspension and anything else.
- Game Ban: All game bans are appealed via the appeal form.
Appeal Results
If you receive an outcome that you weren’t hoping for then sadly we cannot do much about it, you may try an appeal again after 3 weeks pass and then your appeal will be evaluated again.
Should your appeal be accepted for a Staff Termination then please know that you’ll most likely have to go through a process to get reinstated including reading the Guidelines for Staff again and also go on a 2 Week Zero Tolerance Policy.

We’re happy you’re interested in becoming a Management member! To help you we have put together this quick guide and encourage you to read it through!
We also believe everyone deserves a chance at being apart of Management therefore we encourage non-biased and fair promotions so everyone is included.
DON’T HINT! We see you all working hard and we will notice you!

- Spend at least 30 minutes in the afternoon / evening, night is debatable make sure to sleep!
- Take breaks! Please don’t burn yourself out and maintain your mental well-being, you are more important than a Roblox rank.
- Stay positive and active, it’ll be a long journey but you’ll get there!
