The page with the list of rights for the created role is not displayed.

Environment:
Google Chrome: 145.0.7632.117

Steps:
I created a group.
I went to Roles and clicked Add a Role.
Add Role name and click Save Changes.

Result:
Created roles cannot be added to any user and does not display a list of Permissions rights.

Expected behavior

I expect that when I create a role, I can assign it to group members and grant them the necessary rights

This is happening to my group too. Roles previously made are unaffected but newly created roles cannot have their permissions viewed and users cannot be given the role.
