The Piratt Regulations.

As you may already see at the restaurant, we have some very simple and concise rules, but that lead to serious consequences when broken. We have 10 basic rules which are crucial for you to respect, so that everyone at Piratt can have an enjoyable experience.

Our rules are classified in three classes: O1, O2, O3. The “O” stands for “Offence”. The O1 offences are the most forgivable ones, while the O3 can lead to bans and blacklists. Even if these rules have different consequences, you should respect them all regardless of how they could affect you if broken.

Customer Regulations:

  1. Do not harass any Customers or Staff Members. [O1-Class Offence]
  2. Do not roleplay any inappropriate acts. [O1-Class Offence]
  3. Do not be disrespectful to anyone, no matter their rank. [O2-Class Offence]
  4. Do not spam. [O2-Class Offence]
  5. Do not troll. [O2-Class Offence]
  6. Do not submit any false information or do false reports. [O2-Class Offence]
  7. Do not impersonate any Customers or Staff Members. [O2-Class Offence]
  8. Do not advertise any other groups in any way or form. [O3-Class Offence]
  9. Do not reveal anyone’s personal information. [O3-Class Offence]
  10. Do not break any of the rules of the Roblox’s Terms Of Service. [O3-Class Offence]

Additionally, we also have important rules that are only for Staff to respect. In case you witness any of our Staff Members break any of these rules, report them immediately to any Supervisors or above with proof and they will handle the issue accordingly.

Staff Regulations:

  1. Always use Grammar, Capitalization and Punctuation. [O1-Class Offence]
  2. If you see any Customer breaking the rules, report them immediately to a Management member. [O1-Class Offence]
  3. Do not rank hint: this means constantly asking to be promoted and bothering HRs about promotions. [O1-Class Offence]
  4. Always be mature and professional. [O2-Class Offence]
  5. Only do your own job, leave the rest to the other rankings. [O2-Class Offence]
  6. If you have to go AFK, you may do it only in the Staff Area. [O2-Class Offence]
  7. You will not be allowed to dine as a Customer anymore. [O2-Class Offence]
  8. No talking badly about any other Roblox Group or Community. [O2-Class Offence]
  9. Never, ever make a Customer feel like they’re unwelcome or being ignored. [O3-Class Offence]
  10. Never, ever abuse any of your Staff powers. [O3-Class Offence]
  11. Submitting any false information to High Ranks will not be tolerated. [O3-Class Offence]

Breaking any of the Customer rules may result in:

  • For committing an O1-Class Offence, you may face a Warning, which may be followed by a kick. Multiple O-1 Class Offences make an O2-Class Offence.

  • For committing an O2-Class Offence, you will face a kick and may face a ban. Multiple O2- Class Offences make an O3-Class Offence.

  • For committing an O3-Class Offence, you will face a ban and in extreme cases a blacklist. A blacklist means your ban would become unappealable and you would be banned from the Discord as well.

We do not tolerate disruptive Customers.

Breaking any of the Staff rules may result in:

  • For committing an O1-Class Offence, you will face a Warning, which may be followed by a demotion if it happens again. Multiple O-1 Class Offences make an O2-Class Offence.

  • For committing an O2-Class Offence, you will face a Demotion, which may be followed by a Rank Lock if it’s very serious. Multiple O2-Class Offences make an O3-Class Offence.

  • For committing an O3-Class Offence, you will face a Demotion, a Rank Lock. In serious cases, you may face a complete Piratt Staff Exile, which means you would not be allowed into becoming any Staff Member. In very extreme cases, such as Admin Abuse or Information Leaking the exile may be followed by a ban or even a Blacklist.

We do not tolerate unprofessional Staff.

Rules for higher ranks will be kept confidential for obvious reasons. Though, know that even the Manager team has to respect the Staff rules. The only rule that could be an exception is the rule 7, which can be temporarily overruled if a Vice-President or above says so (if there’s a Staff dining event for example).

The Regulations may be subject to change anytime. Always remember to read this document periodically.
