The problem of finding a job

Hello, I want to find a job as a scripter, but I haven’t been able to find any platforms other than Hiddendev and Talent; are there any others you could recommend?

there are many hiring positions in discord

But on which servers? Because I think the “hidden” era and the like are over.

I’m looking for strong vibecoders who can iterate ideas fast, if you know how to use cursor + MCP

Or are willing to learn, shoot me a DM. But, manual scripters are now a waste of money, time & resources, and so if that’s you currently the first thing I’d do is learn how to use Cursor + Script Sync + MCP, to raise your value to studios who actually earn, as nowadays only people behind in the roblox space hire people who need months to get a project out

Since I usually build standalone systems, I don’t need to interface the game with an MCP; I simply use the cursor as an AI—sometimes to speed things up—and just oversee the process. However, I don’t think the problem lies with the employees; rather, it’s that employers are now constrained by too many limitations. I would love to work on a project with you and learn from your expertise.

By the way, taking what you said into account, I chose Antigravity as the MCP, and I’ll be using it for a while.

There are a few other places you could try.

The Roblox DevForum has the Talent system, which is probably one of the best places to start since it’s built specifically for Roblox developers.

JobLox is another Roblox-focused marketplace where you can find scripting and other development jobs.

RoTalent is another option specifically for Roblox developers. You can browse jobs and apply for scripting, building, UI, modeling, and other roles.

I’d also recommend building a portfolio showing your best Luau work. Having a few good examples of what you can actually make can make it much easier for studios to decide whether to hire you.
