While playing the game called 8:20 PM, my screen looked like this.
The ping value was abnormally high, which interfered with gameplay.
Is this a server issue, or is it simply a problem with my device?
Expected behavior
The game system functions correctly and is not frozen by ping.

I have discovered that the issue I reported (the freezing problem) occurs only rarely.
I also found that the likelihood of this freezing issue occurring increases depending on the server; however, since I do encounter it from time to time, I would like to provide the Place ID.
